About
four years ago, we could not decide on a true way to honor our employees.
We decided to build a “wall of honor.” This 7’ x
5’ marble monument was created to show employees, friends, and
families how much we truly appreciate our workforce.
Most of the full-time employees have
been with the company for twenty or more years! The wall starts with
employees that have had continuous employment for ten years. The next
steps are twenty, thirty, and peaks at forty years of service. There
are actually four employees still active with over forty years! Below
is our current Wall of Honor. The caption from management reads, “This
wall is dedicated to honor our employees for their loyalty and dedication.
Through this effort, we have been able to grow as a business family.”
Hopefully, our employees feel as proud
to be on the wall as we are to have put them on it.
